Notes Cold Showers 8 September 2023 I recently stumbled upon the benefits of cold showers quite unexpectedly. It turns out this is one of the few ways to legally receive a dose of dopamine that lasts in your system for up to six hours. Surprisingly, it really works: now I start every morning with a cold shower and feel invigorated and full of energy all day long. I take a cold shower every morning, lasting anywhere from thirty seconds to one minute. The next stage is a contrast shower: this is when you stand under a warm shower for one to two minutes, followed by a cold shower for ten to twenty seconds. I highly recommend it to everyone.
